🌿 Mother Root Pregnancy and postpartum ask an enormous amount of the body. The spine, hips, pelvis and legs carry, adapt and compensate through months of physical change, while the skin and face can also show the effects of fatigue, hormonal shifts and everything it takes to care for a new life. Mother Root is dedicated time to tend to the parts of you that have carried so much. The treatment focuses on targeted therapeutic bodywork through the spine, hips, pelvis and legs — working with areas of heaviness, tension and fatigue to help you feel more comfortable and more at home in your changing body. It also includes a gentle facial skin treatment using carefully and safely selected products from the Stillroot Apothecary. This is not a spa facial, and it is not about perfection — simply thoughtful care for skin that may feel tired, dry, sensitive or changed. There is no need to dress up for this treatment. Come as you are. Wear what feels comfortable, bring the tired version of yourself, and let the 90 minutes be about being cared for.
