Bookings, Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment: Full payment is required to secure your appointment. Payment details will be provided via WhatsApp. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation message has been sent by Stillroot Healing.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the full booking fee being forfeited. No refund will be issued.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. The full booking fee will be retained to cover the reserved appointment time.

Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests should be made via the Stillroot Healing Business WhatsApp.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made via the Stillroot Healing Business WhatsApp. Where more than 24 hours' notice is given, any applicable refund will be processed accordingly.
