The Reality Pregnancy and postpartum place heavy demands on the body. The spine, hips, pelvis and skin carry significant change, while energy is often depleted. As the day comes to a close, this extended evening treatment offers dedicated time to slow down, reconnect with your body, and prepare for restorative sleep. The Twilight session combines personalised therapeutic bodywork with gentle lymphatic support, myofascial techniques where appropriate, calming nervous system regulation, and Stillroot’s safe, bespoke botanical apothecary preparations. Because this is an evening experience, I recommend arranging transport to and from your appointment. This allows you to leave completely relaxed, return home safely, and simply slip into bed — giving your body the chance to continue integrating the treatment throughout the night.
